1. Fixed an issue that the gunner key mapping was not available from the top level menu.
2. Added a Map Zoom analog input so any axis can be mapped to it.
3. Added a wingman option to the right click menu of the roster.
4. Added an Auto select smallest country option in the country select.
5. Your country is now displayed at the top of the map.
6. Fixed the P38s manifold gauge.
7. Cleaned mappings of all default joystick settings. Only distributed with the full version.
