When you up a PT boat in your own port, you can torpedo your own docked ships and get the torpedo a ship achievement.

Hi Slip,

You are correct!

I reported this too a few months ago as well.  Completed all the PT Achievements doing this too.  Reported the bug here but was rebutted by the usual negative commenters.
