Guess those great fights was a once in a life time thing the altmonkey, cherrypicking, and, vulching started up again today. Oh and the great arena settings LMAO. And I love that the Temps arent limited.

I had a one vs one against Storch yesterday. He was in a Bf109G-10 and, I think, dove from above. Not sure as I didn't see him until he was about 600 behind me.
Of course it wasn't a fair fight because I was in a Spit XIV with Hispanos and being massively overmodeled instead of the flying target it was for the perfection of German aircraft design in reality.

Was he in a temp flying at 15k and dive in to pick you when everyone else was at 3-6k having great 1v1s? Or how about when theres fight in the middle of the sea he ups one base back just so he can get the 15k alt. Did he do that?

No, he was in a Bf109G-10 as I said.
I also don't like gang bangs and I am not inclined to participate on either side.
Frankly, it felt like the guns were hitting too hard. I could be mistaken on that though. I suspect that the overdone lethality of v2.05 was still present.
The fact is that the Spit XIV far out classes the Bf109G-10 as it can do everything the Bf109G-10 can while being more manueverable with easier to use guns. I am a bit sarcastic about the relative merits of the Spitfire and Bf109 after having participated in "discussions" with the certain fan of Bf109s who has a pronounced hatred of Spitfires.

I have beaten spit14's at 22-25k many times in a G10. And it gets alot easier the closer you get to the ground.Provided your not running gondulas on the g10 ,it's a great fight .Best todate spit 14 fight was against LYNXX lasted forever and great fun,btw I won the first and he won the last ,snapshot hit my radiator and soon after I overheated. I'll take a G10 over the spits anyday.

You guys need to get your stories straight. You either like 1 vs 1s and you respect them or you don't. There were only three of us last night in the CT and no one on the JG54 respected the 1 vs 1. First pass was always firing for the HO and who ever got shot down came back with alt to pick the guy that was engaged.
Great fights however :aok . No complaining. I am just saing, don't complain about people doing what your squad is known for. That does not mean they are not good pilots either. Just the style of fighting.

in the end you realised i wasnt giving up and you dive for home.
i tell you on ch200 that im gunna vulch you landing, and i do it as you cower in your ack hoping it will take me down b4 i get you.
funniest thing is before i engage you you were trying to cherry pick me from a fight with tbarone.
so i have no sympathy for you at all.
anyone want me to post one of my 200 CT films where i fight (and sometimes win) 3 vs 1, 4 vs 1 and sometimes even 5 vs 1 against jg54 members?

More like 1v3 then you desided to go vulch. But the funnest thing is everyone whines about JG54 ganging and this and that so we start fighting 1v1s but yall have to come in at 15k in temps when we are at 5K and chery and gang. I guess we are going to have to go back to our way had "ruin" the CT again.

Honest question. If you are not going to 'Turn Fight' with it, why do you fly it? What kind of fight are you looking for? Dive in to low cons? I ask this because being co alt-co e with a con does not have to mean a turn fight.

I think I died from ur 262 while engaged with another in my p38 after the dweeb temp had left the room ... and I had two kills to boot. You did land it after I pointed that fact out but why make the problem worse by becoming a "temp dweeb" in a 262 yourself? if the temp dweeb was the reason for your 262, why kill anything but temps in it?

well you can't really dive much with the 109s. what I do is shallow diving attacks or climb them into a rope. inspite of the propaganda you read here I'm usually found at 8-10k

yes but against an opponent that wont get roped you can be known to climb very high to extend in the vertical. your methods are very good indeed for a real fighter pilot, not an easy scalp to claim. unfortunately you will miss out on the progress made by everyone down in teh mosh pit.
Busting up a 1 on 1 is fair unless you are asked not to, especially if your mate is losing. thats half the fun clearing someones tail in the nick of time.
whats to say someone who gets ganged 3 on 1 in a fight and wins, then flies into a 1 on 1, same sortie still, where the friendly is losing and kills the bad guy isnt justified?
the whole cherry picking thing is null and void unless the friendly pilot asks you to stay out.

at the risk of being called a consiracy theorist again the fact is that there is no LW ride that can go toe to toe with an allied ride if the players are equally skilled. the fighting styles are by necessity different. again speaking in generalities the LW player must attempt to stay in the vertical. there are some (eagler comes immediately to mind) that use a combination of turn and vert in the 109F with remarkable success. i ain't one of those i'm still a noob and just starting to get a feel for the game. when i want to challenge my skill (or lack thereof) in the arena i simply fly a 190 and attempt to stay alive. has anyone flown a 190 in the CT lately? they are almost unturnable. with regard to busting up a 1v1 generally i won't do it. if i know who the opposing player is and dislike that player then i will dive in. no one in jg54 ever asks for help on squad channel. they would be ridiculed into joining the gumbooters if they did. :D

If I get, 'Yes', then I'm in. Otherwise, it'd fracking rude to fly in a snipe a kill from the other player. It's cheap, and tactless, and not appreciated in the CT.
If I see a 3 on 1 means that 2 other dweebs are ganging up on one poor soul, or that it's an amazing fight with 3 team-mates trying to tag a difficult pilot. However, ganging in the CT is not appreciated, nor is it proper etiquette. period. There's another arena for ganging.

You still remember that one? As i said back then, I only dove in because I thought he was on your 6. I did ask first and got no responce. (Most likely he was going to kill you since as you said you cannot turnfight in a 109)

Flying a G10 the way you fly it is about the easiest thing you can do in AH.
Up...Down.... Up....Down....Run....Up....Do wn...Run some more...
But you say we fly easy mode? LOL
We went in there handed your tulips to you at all alts. Climbed to 25k with you only to drive you down to the deck to run like school girls.
It will be more than enjoyable to do it once again.

if these ettiquette rules were abided by by all then i might change my ROE, but for now i will not worry about rules in the very heat of a scrap.
i know the difference between a pilot giving me a good one on one and a group of pilots wainting to pick me.
will fly in accordance to my oppositions attitude.
may i also direct you this thread where i have posted the films of certain member of the ct forcing others to leave with smack so they dont have the competition to hurt thier ranks....

storch you hardly ever knock down anyone in the CT , and some of the CT regulars are as good as any of the MA regulars so stop trying to save face before i have to post film after film of your flying including parts when you actualy stop acting and admit you suck and you need help learning to dogfight.
then next day you come back all puffed with pride again and its another waste of your time.
every time you post some rubbish here i will post another film of you flying, untill you get the message.
remember i dont like you, but i have to get on with you chico so think some eh?:D

Careful with the vigilantism mechanic, sometimes ya just end up emulating the things you are trying to prevent. HTC should be the destination for your films, unless you are trying to stir something up. If that's the case then carry on and pardon my interruption.

its not right that the boards can be used for people to wage war without any substance surely.
the best judges are ourdelves, if anyone bothered to watch the film.
its not to stir up trouble, i promise you i have learnt my lesson and dont intend to ever flame anyone nor take flame bait.
i dont think this is an issue for HTC, they have enough to sort out.
and i dont think people should be reprimanded for breaking the 'rules'. they should be enforced rigidly or changed to siut the times and numbers.
or forgoten and self managed.
tere is a problem and its not going to go away if these threads continue much longer with out substance.
its all a game to some, the smack and slander never ends.

I agree almost completely. :) Presence of substance doesn't warrant the right for any war to be raged on the BBS, it is not the forum for it. As neither is the in-game buffer.
I fully understand where you are coming from and I am in no way trying to justify anyone's position.
But the CT is in dire straits for those people that choose to rise above. Rather than stoop down to.
Just friendly advice and I don't intend to sound like I'm dictating to you. I hope you take it for what it is worth !

Okay... Here is a simple question, if a flight of 4 have some alt on a con, and start B&Zing the con. 2 up and 2 down... does that count as "Hording or gangbanging"? Or is it teamwork?

I think that depends a lot on the "mood" of the arena and the players in it, especially in the CT. 4vs1 is just overkill in almost any situation, so I'd consider that gangin. 2vs1, with all pilots being of some skill is what I would call teamwork. Just my view/opinion, but I feel there are many factors that constitute a gang or teamwork.

thats right I have zero kills in the CT. ohhh I'm crushed, hmm wait no I'm not. you don't have to get on with me nor i with you.

you know you can not use your 109 to any real gaming advantage storch, you are extremely good at flying realisticly. but this makes you the biggest hording cherry picking player around, and on top of this you are fould mouthed and rude the whole time. some banter can be fun but you are exhibiting many traits that put people off from flying CT i assure you.
it is a shame because you are not to bad when you really try, you got me for the first time in a month because you stopped trying to alt fight and pick me and just went for it. this was a cool fight, then you upped the f4f and really went for it vs stang and myself, you had Truekill too but he was timid 8k away climbing.
you guys almost gave a good fight for us two and you almost kept the smack down to a chilled level.
stop using crutches to excuse learning to fly better and lose more graciously. you have the potential.
N7 has improved a huge amount recently, he was always good. unfortunately he just smaks up even more now and gives no credit to anyone for anything.
Truekill fights better now than 6 months ago for sure.
tankman, tbarone, kong, and a few other Jg54 just fly hard, kill us about equally and genraly are polite and witty, like a good chat bar should be.
you just need to swallow your fighting tougne and die a bit to learn some.
will you guys at least admit you try very hard to get high ranks in all four catagories? its so obvious it almost sickening.

1. I'm usually alone when I play and prefer it that way. not always but usually.
2. yes i am foul mouthed and rude go ahead and add obnoxious to that as well.
3.we were never fighting you two against us two TK was upping far away while I was upping right into you guys. you guys were just plain old tag teaming me and quite happy to do so. I was hoping one of you two elite sticks would get a clue and 1 v 1 me but it didn't happen.
4.I'll win or lose any way please. there is always the squelch storch option for those that are bothered by my comments.
5.I don't try to get a good score on anything, I just play sorry about the good score if that bothers you gang me some more and my score will be bad.
6. your's or any other person's opinion of me in this game will not affect the two important things in my life, the first being the price of stella artois in my town and secondly how much money i will earn this year so since it doesn't affect me negatively in these categories, thankyou for your comments and have a nice day.

Thats a very good point Mech. Last night, after missing his HO shot, he really tried, and he lived for about 15 seconds (or less). :aok Half of that was heading for the ack but compared to last year, it is a 100% improvement.

i seem to remember things panned out almost the same.
shame we dont have the c205 on this planeset, you fly this much more aggresively storch, infact i wold say you are pretty damn good in it, when you dont fight from high alt.

As far as 190s go, who was flying them yesterday? WhaaWhaa did 1 time then he tried all the 109s, then after getting destroied by a P40, he just logged.

Only thing I'll say about the german models being porked is ask Apar, Stang or Nath for some help. They seem to do fine in them, and you should never be ashamed to ask for help:aok

All you need to do is ask crumpp for paper work showing what 190s could do. I dont fly 190s that much but when crumpp says somethings wrong then something is wrong he dosent just make watermelon up.
