Title: Pressing Push-to-Talk button immediately crashes game

Whenever I press either push to talk button (F12) and (T) the game immediately crashes, with a windows error reporting message.
Not sure what to do

replicating it now, press it once with no crash, on second press immediately froze up.

If you imported your settings from AH2 or Beta, some of us have noticed that the Controller and Keyboard mappings get messed up. Double check your mapping.
