Hi Mates
Sorry to be so numb. How does one get all the skins so that when you are on line you can fly the different ones??
Any help appreciated

Skins are automatically downloaded to you while you are online (can take some time).
They are available from within the hanger.

Hi Kev
Many thanks for the response. Can't seem to make that work.
Must be doing something wrong. Go to Hangar and all skins are default. No key for downloading skins.
Should I be doing something else?
Thanks again

There is no key to make it happen. Just play normally and the host will figure out what skins you need and start sending them along the data stream. It'll likely take 2 or 3 nights of solid playing to get 'em all.
Which brings up another question which was raised when the last uber skin update happened ...
Is there anything more involved with loading a skin than just copying the .res files into the skins folder? If that's all there is, why can't we (players) make our own skin update .ZIP's so next time there's a big update we can download 'em ahead of time?

All the skins in included in the game, no download needed.
Just click on the dropdown menu which shows default in the Hanger. If there are alternate skins, you'll see them. Try the B-17 or P-51 to see what I mean.
