Title: make map - clip board map grid offset down by one pixel?

Generating a clip-board map ("make map") in 4096 with grid lines, the grid looks like its offset down by 1 pixel.

The vertical lines stop 1 pixel before the top of the image.
Also, the vertical lines start on the left-most pixel, but the lowest horizontal grid line would be just one row below the image (not visible).
