Title: Can't run DX6.1 version no more

No big deal since it works ok with the DX8 version, but thought I'd post for Info:

If I launch aceshigh.exe , it will run, then freeze, I need to do a Hard reboot & have Windoze protection fault on 1st reboot.

Win Me (fresh install)
DX 8.0a

PIII500 on Asus P3B-S
256 MB ram 100PCI
3D prophet Getforce DDR (latest Nvidia drivers, with prior versions AH would not run at all)
SB Live (liveware 3)

Windows ME requires DX 7.1 at a minimum.  (Comes with it actually.)

(By  6.1 I meant the one in Aces High minimum requirements).
