Title: "Pizza" Map!
Post by: RELIC on August 15, 2005, 02:03:38 PM: Yes I know there were some who just despised the Pizza map, but I really miss it. I think there are others who feel the same way. Those canyons were a blast to fly and fight in. Any chance we might get it back?

Nab the tile editor and get to work...it will be back up as soon as you get finished. :D

Although I miss the air battles in the canyons, what I miss more is the great sandy gv battles we used to have.. so you guys that make the maps.... get busy... grab the old map and revamp it for AH2.... come on.... we know you can do it!! :aok

IIRC something was said about the source files being deleted (remember the AK's made it)

because of that, something about the tiles can not be reset properly. (nor can it be upgraded to AH II)

AKDESSERT may be lost to internet lore (though i can not confirm or deny this)

Post by: Suave on August 21, 2005, 05:07:52 AM: I liked the pizza map because it was big enough to let the horde porkers play and the small 2v2 fights and the panzer fights happen at the same time. The only thing I didn't like about it was the crazy elevation of some of the bases.
