Monday Night madness is like going to your favorite bar! its fun, its exciting
all your friends are there, and everyone talked to each other!
We use all midwar planes only. some are easy mode, some are not.
join us for Monday Night Madness in the AVA starting at 8pm EST.
every week there are more and more players coming to check this out!
Pilots are trying to fly in the fog, between buildings,
all the while checking your 6, gets very very intense. plane parts flying everywhere!!
If you're not that good, don't worry about it. we'll help you get better.
It"s great for training, for situational awareness and how
to become a better pilot. it will help you whip some butt in the MA! you wont be sorry.
Hot pilot to beat this week is TShark, for being the best pilot in Monday night madness last week!
come in and see if you can take that title from him! he's almost very good!
vox is 223

see you tonight at 8pm! <S>

Good crowd in there tonight - even saw Badboy, who I've not encountered (and been bested by) since before AW died. Must have been WAY past his bedtime.
Those of you who have never tried this should make an effort to stop in.

Good to see you in there Oldman. The arena does draw an interesting group of players.
:salute

Great fun again tonight!
-
GRRRRREAT!
-
last night it was refered to as a meat grinder. no bad feelings, just lots of fun. everyone gets kills, and everyone dies, mercilessly!
come in and check it out. if you like close, intense fights with all kinds of conditions tossed at you, swing in!
next week eastern front.
ME109's
C205
vs
LA5
Yak7
if you can think of other planes that should be there, please chime in!
-
New clouds were neat
Need to keep MA kill messages on as it produces humorous comments from some
What about adding IL2, 190a5, p40 and other yaks next week?
Thanks again for hosting this!

The IL2, 190A-5 and P-40E would be good additions to the plane set. Kill messages don't really seem to add much too me. We've had fun all these years without them; leave them for MA.
-
I might make it next week. The 205 is kind of interesting.
-
I know I've seen a few people immediately complain the time or two the kill messages got switched on in there in the past. I'm inclined to say leave them off too. I really don't much care one way or the other but I know they're a hot button for some.
I like the additions Eagler suggested too.
Wiley.

Eastern Front without P-39s would be like a day without sunshine.
Or something like that.

Great fights and great fun again. Thanks for hosting.
-
both LA's both Yaks, P39's IL-2's and p40's and FW190A-5, roger!
-
Maybe a 110 also?
As long as the 109f4 and g2 are there :)

Great to see numbers going up.
One thought however. With increasing numbers, maybe a slightly larger arena?

Nope. Keep it small. Nowhere to hide.
Wiley.
-
With all due respect Wiley, no one comes here to "hide". We all come to fight, learn acm and sa.
When their were maybe 10-12 or so in here it was a blast. Arena size imho was good. With 20-25 it seems a bit crowded.
Jaeger says this arena will help us learn sa and acm. True. I think it is just a little too small with increasing numbers. No one who comes into this arena hides as far as I have seen. We all fight and die.
-
It's about flying and fighting. No one hides. No score, just fun.
-
Which is exactly why I was surprised to see the "pilot to beat" line coming up every week.
I mean really.... who cares. :D

Yep, I was already falling asleep at the keyboard when I logged in, but the action was so intense and action packed, the Adrenalin rush wakes you up faster than a bucket of ice water.
The time passed so quickly there were only two guys left in there when I logged. I hit the sack around 4am.
As I got into bed, my Wife asked "What's that big silly grin about?"
"Just another great night in Aces High" I whispered back.
Nice to see you again Oldman :salute
I guess we just mostly fly at different times?
Badboy
-
I saw badboy once or twice while I was parting out my 38. :rofl

Yep, but I should have logged right after you flew me into that building... Some great flying right there Sir :salute
And a big thank you for letting me know about Monday Night Madness. It's more fun than watching the French air force crashing into a firework factory.

You’re too kind sir. Thanks for joining us, even for the very late hour in your locale. Hope to see you next week also. :salute
