Title: Yak-9U has no tail wheel

Checked the -9T, and it does have it.   I spawned on the runway and went round the plane externally, no tail wheel present.  But the tail wheel doors are there and opened.

Which skin? The default skin has a wheel. Some player made skins may have issues.

However, I went to verify which skin it was this morning, and now I see the tail wheel there.  Confused why this is not reproducible...

Sometimes everything doesn't load properly and restarting the game fixes it. I had a missing runway once.

I miss runways all the time....
