Title: Looking for a squad
Post by: Tank-Ace on April 17, 2014, 10:36:13 PM
So I'm up for grabs now; the old squadron has kind of died in the MA. My in game ID is Jager. I'm specifically looking for a squadron that has a decent MA presence, since that's where most of my time is spent. A preference of mine is that the squad have a fair number of luftdweebs in it, so I'm not alone. However, as long as you're not bishop, I'll give you some thought.

And about me, I've usually been lone-wolf ing it in the MA, but enjoy squadron flying as well (so long as its actual squadron flying, and not just a bunch of squad members joining the horde). Enjoy furballing, and some base-taking now and then. I know nothing about how to be a wingman, and have no formal instruction in any aircraft what so ever, so be willing to teach if thats the type of thing you guys do.

I'm a college student, so my schedule is dependent on classes, homework, and job, so I can't guarantee I'll be on regularly, though I will make an effort to be on for events. That being said, I may request to fly a Scenario with Kommando Nowotny now and again, in the name of continued friendships.

As for what I fly, I'm at least competent with everything in the game but the Mossie, P-38, and the 190A-8. But my primary rides are the 109 (proficient in all models), the Ta-152, and the Ki-43. I'm a good GV'er as well, but refuse to touch the T-34's.

Hit up the JG 54 or the 353rd FG ! You wont go wrong with either of those squads. Both are FSO and Either one will give you some great flying .

Good luck.  JG11 comes to mind or maybe you can sponsor JG26 or JG2.  I don't *think* they are currently represented in AH but were at one time.

You're ugly Jager, but I'll have you.

I'm refurbishing one of Latrobe's battered JG5 machines for you

Thanks Ammo, but the 11th - full up currently.

Believe the 26th is gone.  JG2 still around...at least in FSO they are.

Nice Dolby.  :aok

The tail wheel came back undamaged  :old:

It was no longer attached to the aircraft and was only undamaged because it landed in a haystack, but yes, it was undamaged.

I believe there is a small squad in the MA representing JG26.
