Wiley,
I don't have much experience in what makes a good bomber intercept mission. The AI don't do bomber intercept well. They try and dogfight the bomber and just line up on their six, which tends to be counter productive. :D So I made this one solo for the interceptor and spaced the bombers out enough they don't all try and hit you simultaneously.
This is just a starting point to start getting some feedback from you. Give it a try and lets discuss what could make it better.
Look for "Intercept B-17G vs Ta 152H-1" under the list of missions off the "Offline Missions" button.
When we got that one working well, it will inform me how to make other variants.
Let me know if you have questions or feedback.
:salute,

Will check it out over the weekend and let you know. Thanks again.

Pretty much exactly what I had in mind. Perfect for the practice I was wanting. The setup is good, it's about the right amount of distance from start to bombers to align yourself how you want to approach them. I really appreciate it.

Want same setup with other bomber types? I can just copy and swap out others.

Different bombers aren't that big a deal for me but now that I think of it, different interceptors would be more useful. Maybe 190D9, 109K, Jug, P51 if you're so inclined. Mostly I wanted it for gunnery practice. Trying to learn to reach further particularly with taters.
