Title: Flight radar type of site
Post by: SIM on September 02, 2020, 06:05:19 PM
Some of you may find this interesting.

https://www.adsbexchange.com/

If you click on ADSBX Radar View, then the tracking map, you will see flights all over the world. Click on the button labeled "U" and you can see military aircraft.

I watched the tracks of a U-2 and a B-52 the other night, and have watched as several aircraft have done in-flight refueling.

Awesome , that is getting bookmarked!  :aok

The map is set up the same as the piaware skyview on the my flightaware host

Edit - I caught a Boeing Btx-1 flying around not too long ago. Came out of St. Louis, flew around Mark Twain National Forest, then went home back to STL. Took a SS of it before I lost it on the map. Was being tailed close by another aircraft, probably for pictures/publicity, etc
