Title: Oculus Touch, Worth the $100?
Post by: SIK1 on July 06, 2017, 06:41:28 PM: Like the title says. Is the Oculus touch worth the investment, or would I be better off delaying the purchase and putting the $100 towards the computer I'm building to run the Rift?

Right now I only play AH on a regular basis, and I have dabbled with "Elite Dangerous".

In fact they can be highly annoying. Mine have been banished to another room.

I was leaning the way of no Touch, but was sure as soon as I got the Rift without the Touch everyone would have said, "Oh you should gave got the Touch, well worth the C note".

Post by: Tejas on July 07, 2017, 10:42:49 AM: Agree. They are great for other games but I had to removed the batteries to keep the hands from popping up in my face (VR) when flying. I tried moving them to another room but they were still visible in the headset.
