Title: Terrain and arena editor program for AH3?

I made a few Main arenas a long time ago back during AH2. I am interested in learning what tools and programs are available if I were to attempt such weaponized autism again.

I remember that great map of yours "Fester" had a ball in that map, except for the HQ debacle (no fault of yours) As Fugi said, welcome back.
