It takes about 30s to download this terrain directly (via Firefox for example): http://downloads.hitechcreations.com/ahiiterr/stalinw.res
However if I enter the AvA without this terrain it takes almost 20(!) minutes to download the terrain.
Same connection - same computer - Anti-Virus disabled.
I had discovered how to download terrains directly only now... it is very frustrating when you have 5 min to some event on SEA and you downloading the terrain.
