Title: ****NEW MISSION****** RUMBLEMANIA

this one is a little diffrent,the map is ahrumble which has 6 small areas and 1 big area.
so what i done was made 6 different small furballs and 1 big furball,i think this one has
a little something for everyone :salute

thanks guys,may be a while before the next one,im currently workin on a custom terrain for my next offline mission,its a slow go though.

This is real good mission and I'm getting good FPS.  The only problem I have is that I don't hear any of the sound wavs you've added.  I put the folder named "rumblemania", in my ah missres folder as per your instructions.  (it's the folder with all the sound wavs.)  No go.  I have Ranger's Winter Breakout sounds in there and they work good. 
Any ideas on why the wavs. are not playing.

Fixed.  Forgot I had made a new file for AHII.
The sounds really make a big difference.  Nice Job.    :salute

It's a fun mission for sure.

Only problem for me is this, and I'm not b/s'ing here....

Like most missions, many planes will often be found spawning at one point. As a result, your plane is found 'fused' inside the others. I chose the Spitfire VIII for example. When I spawned, I found nothing unusual. I was in the cockpit of a plane but of course, I couldn't see anything because the other planes which spawned there were blocking my view.

But get this.

As I toggled my mouse control to move the stick, the control surfaces of ALL the spawned planes would move. The mossie, the TBM, Fw 190 and whatever the hell was there would all move their surfaces as I moved mine.

It get's weirder.

As I turned the engine on, I realized... that's not the familiar Merlin... that's an R-2800. I throttled up and, lo and behold, a P-47D-11 began to taxi onto the runway. I thought, ok, sound issue or maybe that NPC happened to start his engine right after mine and blocked my engine sound. So I tried again. Shut off engine. The P-47 on the runway shuts off his while I'm still in the cockpit of my plane sitting motionless on the runway. Start engine again, and the R-2800 roars to life on the P-47. Throttle up, P-47 moves....

Holy crap....! I'm controlling the P-47. WTF? I look around the cockpit of the plane my camera is in and I'm actually in a Fw 190.

All in all, I chose a Spitfire VIII, spawned inside a Fw 190, was controlling the surfaces of multiple spawned, motionless planes but was in full control of a plane on which my camera was not attached to.

Anyone know how to fix this?

ecelent misshon danny great music espeicaly the big one love the led zep



would love to see some pink floyd songs if you got em "goodbye blue sky" would be a good one for a bomber misshon.


lots of fun anyway even if my machine is crawling throlugh it like a slidshow

one thing id like to see in general is better ai   it makes for good practice and depending on what plane you pick it can be hard but every fight ends up on the dck cause of the ai.  you can just bnz till theyre gone,
still lgood practice though i love the 190a5 in the big mission i think i got 5 before it was over


good music does help with the excitement!!!!!

Just discovered this one, very cool Danny! 

If you ever get the desire to make another, I might suggest doing some more of the low firepower matchups.  The SBD vs TBM is probably my favorite on this one.  I wouldn't mind getting a Spit 1 vs D3A, or maybe a Hurri 1 vs 109E...  Or maybe a Spit1 Hurri1 combo vs a 109E D3A combo...  Might be fun!

Fun mission. I keep playing it over and over.. My library of offline missions is getting to be a fun thing to play with.... :t
