Title: Size Limit of Squad?

I have a real quick question concerning the maximun amount of pilots that can be signed up to a squad? Somewhere I heard that the maximun is 32. However, I see that the --==Marine Air Wing==--  has 42 pilots in their squad.

Was a size cap put in at some point after they had 42 people, so that they are grandfathered in, or is there no size cap or a much higher size cap than I thought (32)?
