Locked out. Can't access my account with the new update. I don't remember my password and the email isn't working or it's on an old account I don't have access to.

Send an email to support@hitechcreations.com . Use a current email account.
Your password is in the login.cfg file in your settings folder unless you saved a change. Another reason to keep a backup copy of the settings folder.

Doesn't work in login. Gives me my login name, not pw

Sounds like it got erased when you first logged in after the update. The save password setting was unchecked by the update. If you don't have a backup copy of your settings folder call or email support.

Got a reply to the email. did it. but it brings up a free account I had in the past. I'll need to call them tomorrow to work it out.
