Title: Delete Button On Offline Missions List

I realize real-estate is tight, but currently I have to go spool up a Custom Arena so I can get to a UI that lets me delete one of my uploaded missions. 

Seems I ought to be able to do it directly from the Offline Missions list UI.

Btw you can also do it from your wwi arena
