Title: Crash report Dx9 version

Nasty little crash. Was all I could do not to have to reboot

How should we go about reporting it? What info etc?

Need some information
1) what map
2) location ( airbase or??? )
3) what were you trying to do at the time of failure
4)type of crash (white screen, desktop
5) any error messages?
