I posted about this with the initial release, but haven't seen anyone else mention it, so will post again since I still have the problem.

The anomoly flashes geometric patterns continuously while in cockpit.
Screenshots are using settings from "Test4" of frame rate thread, but artifact is also present in tests 1-3 settings on my rig:

DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0b (4.09.0000.0902)

Well, yeah, if you turn off the feature where the artifact is occuring, (e.g. the horizon), it will indeed go away.
Thanks, Sarge, I must have missed the post(s) where the problem was acknowledged. Just wanted to make sure HTC was aware of it or if I was the only one getting it.

The new 3.8 Drivers seem to work a lot better for AHII on my system.
Maybe work good for you?

Ive got the ATI 8500 too, i turned the horizon off and still get a occassional flicker
-
all you do is trake the white horizon out but the blue flicker is still there just masked in the blue background, but not gone
