The British singer-songwriter was behind hits including Little Lies, Everywhere, Don't Stop, Say You Love Me, and Songbird.
She died peacefully at a hospital in the company of her family, a statement said.

According to media sources:
Stevie Nicks is dead:
"Stevie Nicks, born on May 26, 1948 in Phoenix, was an American singer, best known as a member of Fleetwood Mac. She died on December 2, 2022 at the age of 74."

So much for “staying alive”.

McVie on the left. Nicks on the right.
Two different people who were in the group Fleetwood Mac.
One died. One still lives.
You're welcome.

And Andy Gibb, though a brother to Barry, Robin, and Maurice, was not a member of the Bee Gees.

That's correct! I once won to bet on that when a friend of mine insisted that he was in the be e gees.
His brothers sang staying alive but he was just staying dead

She had the worst song on Rumours (Oh Daddy) and the best song that would have been on Rumours (Silver Springs) got bumped because of it. I'll never forgive her for that.

it might have been because the song was about Mic Fleetwood. The women called him "daddy".. Disguising incestuous relationships in that band.
-
and boom!
Christine McVie wrote "Oh Daddy" for the band's drummer, Mick Fleetwood. At the time, Fleetwood was the only father in the band with two daughters.[1] Fleetwood has described the song as one of his favorite Fleetwood Mac songs of all time.[2]

Not being American the subtleties of the American media sometimes elude, but you're saying that at some point before December the 1st (according to the timestamp of your post) they reported that Stevie Nicks died on the 2nd of December?
