Good day Ladies, and Gentlemen.
First it has come to a point in my playing, that Ive been asked to make a squad. Actually took it as an honor to do such a task. So I have. The new squads name is ( + ) Precision[/COLOR].
First The mission of the squad is Bombing orientated. HEAVY, MID, LIGHT.
From Lancs, to the Mossy. I feel there is a definite need for this type of orientated squad in the game, and I would like to coordinate with other squads on the Knights that provide Fighter escort, or Fighter orientated operations. This will not be a role we will participate in during theater operations. It is not to say that we dont fly fighters, but during base capturing or strat running ops it is not what we will do. What we will do is drop ords from whatever altitude, in whatever plane, effectivley, and precisely. All the time.
SO, on that note, I am looking to put together a group of 6-10 core individuals that are seriously into the game. Also I am on the east coast of the United states, so I would like to keep it somewhat within timezones. So that when were on its basically the same time. It will be a loosely formed unit, that can do whatever they want, with the exception of embarrasing the name of the unit. I would like the members to be proud of the squad, and its accomplishments, as well as other squads noticing our ability, and effectiveness to carryout complicated missions.
There will be a web page that I am cuurently working on, and a forum, right now I see it coming together within the next 3 months. RIght now email, and AH will provide the means of contact. I do not have nose art as of yet, but this will be out very shortly. So far there is only myself FLOATSUP, and GNARVIS as members, if you wish to check out the type of runs we do please look me up in the MA, or send me an email.
There will more to follow. Also I am seeking the help of other squads out there that dont have a bombing group to solicite our use, and plan some 1-2 hour missions. Complicated type of crap, where one missions outcome will directly effect the next mission, until the overall goal is accomplished. IE base taking with an art to sustain what you have taken. :aok

Every squad, clan or association I have had with online gaming it is better to have the same association with the tag. Hence
(+) this will be part of the ID. Now at the front or back Im not sure. It will be voted on as soon as we get our membership together.
Right now there is no need for game ID to change.
But Im opting for (+) in the front of the tag so it is easier to find players by bringing up the clipboard.

This will not have any structured enviroment in as much that there will be an organization of rank. If you are a member of the outfit, it is a 1 for all, all for 1 eviroment. Input to the Objective will come from all members, and once an target is designated, it will be planned, and excuted untill objective is met, or we get drunk, and pass out. :D
Basically we are a team or unit, that will know its assignment, and how to get its own job done. Very similair to working in a speicalized unit of the military.

First I play this game almost everyday. So as far members availability to the squad. I would like to have someone who actually is into the game from the standpoint that is actually part of thier activity. Basically this is the foundation of the squad. So if you are seriously into game, and enjoy the stratagy of it, and get really P.O.'ed when your team is losing, and you wish that there is something that you can do to save your microcosm from falling apart, then you may wish to take a tour with us.

I also think it would be in evryones benifit that 30 days of playing along with each other is a good primer to see if the squads a fit for you, and you are a fit for us. One thing that really drives me nutz, is people bashing each other on 200, and I have no tolerance for it. A good rub is alwas funny, and once I blew beer out of my nostrils, onto my keyboard, over what someone said, but flaming is out when your wearing the tag. If you have an issue with someone in game, then I suggest you either make it a point to blow the crap out of that persons country, and shuv it up their ugly arse, or take it to the DA. But no long winded squeaking back and forth. Stupid, childish, unprofessional and not accepted. squeaking, moaning, gripping about whats happening in the situation of the country on Vox (squad) totally accepted

alright mate, sounds like a bunch of fun.
if you ever need fighter escort just tune to vox 171 and holler at us. Redtop is our CO and we specialise in not only low alt furballing and dweebery, but also very much in high altitude escorting and high energy dogfighting. (remember that bomber mission we rolled the other day with B24s and B17s?)
anytime you need an escort someone should be on vox 171 for you to order about.

Hey Bat, thank you very much for the welcome. I got some great video of that, Ive been recording all the runs lately, mostley to see where Im screwing up in dog fighting.

Well a Congrats is order. We have 9 players now. We have made 57 on the rank of bomber squads. Not too shabby. Excellent work by all involved. If anyone is intrested in ( + ) Precision please send a check payable to :D. Actually if anyone is intrested in checking out the group, Please contact anyone in the squad. I think the previous threads state the mission, and type of organization we are. I encourage any "NEWB" to chcek out all aspects of the game before deciding on this squad. We are very a specific squad and try to carry out very precise missions. Hate to sound like a premi donna but the goal is to have to have the enemy look up and crap their pants basically. Also we run a more difficult mission layout. A little more tactic orientated, would be a good desciption. I also would like to put together a heavy dive bomber roll in place so I may need an additional 5-6 people. It would complement the sqaud. Someone that can JABO bomb as well as dogfight. Skills I must say are important, but not as much as enjoying what your doing. ANYONE can be good at what they do as long as they enjoy it. Training is also alwas available. Right now we have a squad "Night" Meeting really first SUNDAY of the month. around 2 pm EST. This is to cover squad operations, and general issues within the squad.

For all the knights out there without a squad and yet want to stick it to the BishRook, this is the squad for you.
I can vouch for floats and the (+) precision guys as being very dedicated and knowledgeable (They might not be that good in fighters but they can drop a 1000lber in a pickle barrel from 20K ft, )haha :) All of the (+) precision missions I have participated in have been VERY fun and we have shut down entire airfields before (vh, fhs, bhs). Thats the kind of precision floats and (+) precision bring to the table.
So if you're looking to be apart of a good group of guys who know how to bomb the crap out of stuff then join today!

Well It has come a time for our squad to start expanding into different area's We grew larger then I thought we would have. And with growth, comes the time to start a change toward accomidating the growth. Looks we are no longer just a bomber squad. We are opening up a fighter wing, and a gv wing.
Dont have all the details on it yet, we have a meeting at the end of the month to discuss these changes but will post the structure once done. So with that. Anyone looking for a fairly well rounded squad, with BOMBERS still the core of the squad please contact any member of precision if intrested in joining.

I would like to be part of this squad as they seem to know what they are talking about, always have a plan and usually succeed.
As a newbie with lots of fighting spirit and............ (well thats about it) I reckon trainee mascot or decoy?
But if there is any training I am up for it as for me the game is taking bases and winning :)

If you dont mind me tagging along with you guys its great for me. I think I am gradually working out what is going on and having a great time in the process while hopefully not asking too many stupid questions and distracting a few of them reds.
Any pointers gratefully reicieved and need a bit more bomber training but I can hit the target but probably wont be around till tommorow.

Hey guys. Just wanna say thanks for bringing me on board. I have flown a couple of missions with you guys and I like your style. Right now I mainly fly fighters, but have a good enough grasp of the game that you can put me where I'm needed. I like the base taking orientation, I hope to be able to lead some missions soon. First things first though. I would like to develop my wingman skills, from what I've seen 2 bird formations are pretty effective. Most of my evening are free, save for Wed and Thurs nights between 4 and 9:30 pm my time. Hit me up on the forum with any updates and I'll see you guys in the virtual sky.

To all the guys in my squad. I would like to take a minute to say thank you for allowing me, the chance to fly with you guys. Hey guys, thanks so much for having me along on the other nights raid against 62. I only can say that I wish us fighter cap over you had as good coms as the buffs did. Maybe that would have made a diff in how long it took to take it?
One idea is to maybe get a couple dedicated fighter squads to co-op some runs with you, like Trukk does with his HARM missions. Most those guys have their own TS, or at the least squad channels so they won't be walking all over each other. Makes for a more effective strike, IMHO.
