I probably missed something, but is there someway to set the game to default into VR without checking the 'Do you want to use your oculus?' question?

unfortunately no, but it would be a nice option.

+1 for this. I'm teaching a friend (retired Herc pilot) to fly Aces High with his Oculus Quest 2 - and let me tell you how much of a FPITA it is to constantly be forced to flip up your VR headset and say YES to flying in VR... especially since you can launch the game within the VR environment.
Hitech? Possibility of making this a game option?

Well, gotta give the man some recovery time first. :rofl THEN you can crack that whip. :D

Vive pro doesn't have the issue so it is headset specific
I am prompted to go into vr or not as soon as I click on dx11 exe
I like the fact it gives me the option as il2 and dcs do not

Change your AH shortcut to point to the aceshighocr.exe instead of aceshigh11.exe perhaps?, I don't have a headset, but when I launch aceshighocr.exe it tells me "no oculus installed" :salute
It lives in your root AH3 install dir

I'll give that a try as soon as I get home from work. :aok

I don't guess it would be possible to do that with the actual oculus library menu, or would the shortcut be the same?
