I had the pleasure of fiting him in the DA when he did an effective 1vs1 taunt on ch200 in MWA(after his revenge kill on me in his hi spit9)

A countryman had warned me that Ka1e had left their squad & was hunting them on a shade account.

So i took him up on a DA engagement to unmask him.

I'm posting this is cause i want to know what his old player name was(he wouldn't say & didn't want me to post the films..or anything)

Hmm..

I have narrowed it down i think to three pilots...But i don't want to guess wrong...So any grapevine out there on this dude guys?


BTW...If you ever get taunted by this guy on ch200..take him to DA,film it and watch one of the best E fighters i have ever seen...Hopefully u will learn something like i did...He pretty much pwned me though i was catchin on to his E retention moves at the end and got him twice.(vs 5 kills on me)

I actually tried to keep this Shade Acct underwraps from all, but to see people thinking I am Voss or skyrock or skycaptn or Redd, I just can not have any one thinking this. I went so far as to have both accts online in a KOTH 1 time, and claimed my Ka1e acct was a shades of someone else....even went as far to shoot  my TC acct down in that KOTH tourny.........

It seems to me that a few weeks ago, you took a pretty good "prettythang woopin" when dueling in F6Fs or 109F vs F4U. To your credit, you did much better F4U vs F6F. Sonic22 is very good, but Nomak is a bit better, especially in the SpitV. If Ka1e is in fact Badboy... Expect a difficult fight. These are all top-tier guys, and anyone of them can beat 99.9% of the AH2 population. The really good sticks.. They don't have to remind anyone of that fact.

man nomak aint nothin lol j/k. i don't think i've ever fought him before but i know my favorite planes to dogfight in are the spit5 and spit16  so if i ever see him i will ask him to DA me.

Actually you and Ka1e are both real good spit pilots.  I'd say Ka1e is a little more smooth of a flyer but you have good angles in a spit.  Hit me up when you're on I will get some folks together that like spitduels, we'll have some fun!  I have seen some of the ole dogs on lately, you might beat them a few times but they mutate on you rather quickly!  :aok

I have never been to good at the dueling game, but would really like to try my hand at a few of the people posted here.

SkyRock, is a fun fight, Nomak is as well.......Ka1e is better than that Gunzo Character, but Badboy tops em both when it comes to E Fighting........

Sirloin is a formiddable pilot, as well as Bodevia?/Bighorn

wetrat/tartew & BluKitty are always fun fights, as well as ManeTmp & Kappa

I have never fought a 1 vs 1 with Sonic23/2? would like to see what he puts up as a fight.......

Widewing and I have only ever went at it in the TA messing around, I know he has SKILLZ :D

I did get a chance to duel some with Creton 1 night after I had hit the Tequila, but it was still fun,  one last thing to mention, if a player is consistently dueling people in the DA on a regular basis, then they will be more on top of their game then others who are less frequent doing the DA thing..........still though

some play the MA game alot better than those that play the DA game, when it comes down to fighting at different advantage/disadvantage  starting points......

the DA is a same advantage/CO-E type same alt   fight, it is different..........

landing fights, or having big kill streaks, without dieing, etc. does not mean hardly anything, for anyone with a few yrs in the game can do this, it is quit easy to go and get 50/75/100 kills with no deaths if one sets their mind to it, being #1/#10/#20/#50 in rank allbeit fighter or overall does not mean anything more than that person is striving to at least make somewhat an effort to get a lower rank.........

I am open to duel anyone, when ever they might want too when I am online,  there is always something to learn.....

edit.... plane type should not be an issue when dueling 1 vs 1, it is more pilot than plane when it comes to dueling, I will duel in any plane , I will more than liekly lose also:cry

ya u got my pretty good widewing in the f6f havent flown it in a while but as for the f4u1a thats another story. if any one is willing to fight me in a f4u1a come and get me ill fight any 1 anytime unless im at school or something. but would really like to see this ka1e guy hope he is in the next koth.

We never got to fly F4U vs F4U, which we should have. But neither of us had a lot of time that evening.

You did ok in the F6F, but you tried to do that low-speed pitchback/rudder turn with it. F6Fs don't like that, having for some unknown reason, a dynamic instability that causes a huge wobble when you try to increase the angle of attack for that maneuver. In that regard, the F4U is superior. In any kind of a turning match, these two are dead even. Flaps up, the F6F is clearly better. But, flaps out and slow, the F6F is difficult to hold on the edge transitioning into the vertical. It simply cannot follow the F4U up in a super-low speed maneuver without dumping a wing. I suspect that HTC will revisit the F6F's flight model when they update its graphics.

Against the 109F, the F4U-1A had its hands more than full, simply because the 109F is stronger in the vertical. They turn similar circles, but the 109F can do so while climbing. The 109F has a few weaknesses. Flaps auto-retract several notches if even hinting at a nose-low turn and it simply will not roll to the right under full power with full flaps. Those are two things you can exploit if you know about them and the other pilot cooperates some.

I tested my theory that he had two accounts, and it was proven fact.

He will wingman me with 1 ID, and then proceed to hunt me in a 20k spit16 with the other.

I figured this because.. I took a p38 off, NOE heading straight over the water on a random course, heading away from a furball.  I get 75 miles in the middle of the ocean, nobody around.  He dives from 20k in spit16 and takes 10+ passes trying to kill my 38. Much easier to understand if you watch the film I have.  Just PM me if you want the evidence! :D


Must have been upset about the spanking he got in the DA. ;)


But all in all, I don't care.  If he gets his jollies off by 2 account spit16 @ 20k orbiting, more power to him!

I would agree with you that his strong point is E fighting, my question would be in what plane did you own him?  He beat me is spits when I last dueled him on a manuver that I was having trouble with at the time but he flew them very well!  Since, I have got a grip on that certain manuver and outcome would probably be different.  Nonetheless, he is "as good" as most of the top dogs including yourself!  If anything I've learned from dueling, on days and off days as well as plane type mastery are a big part of who will win at any point in time!  I have been owned by folks in duels 15 times in a row until I found the angle that worked, then they never beat me again.  So, a person can have one good move and if the other doesn't have an answer, he gets owned.  The good ones, are the ones that you have to outfly.  I like to fight the guys that you literally have to outfly them to beat them.  whether u beat them on the merge or not, they will not be easy to kill....  Accessor comes to mind!  I think back to that 38 duel we had, and that is the fights I like, even though I lost!  Hell, I had to pull out all the stops to get you in that spit duel we had!  At any rate, I think Ka1e is a good fight, and would beat many.  I don't know who he is, and if I did know, I wouldn't tell because I don't think it matters!  So the answer to the thread is, "If he didn't tell you, then he didn't want you to know!"

I read this a couple of days ago and kind of chuckled.  This is the canned statement regarding kill streaks.  TC claims this but ask him how many 100 kill streaks he has put together and he will have to answer 0.  It's not that he lacks skill, he's a good stick and equally good guy, it's just that it's not easy to do and he's never done it, he's wrong.
Tallying 100 kills in the MA takes some skill, that's a lot of kills.  Very few noobs could stroll in and tally 100 kills in a month without some significant playing time. Tallying 100 kills along with no deaths, bails, or ditches requires quite a bit more skill.
 Would it take an ace?  No, but it would require at least an average amount of skill and some pretty decent SA, along with the desire to enter each of many fights with an eye towards surviving(mindset). Many if not most of us routinely do this for most flights, but not all. Think about it, it's not necessarily the first thought in your mind but it would be nice to get a few good kills/fights and live to tell about it. Surviving may not be a priority, but it's on everyone's mind, usually.  If it weren't everyone would HO and ram on the deck(not bothering to climb out at all) and up again.  

OTOH, Sometimes we just don't care about whether we live or not, sometimes we just want a good fight or want to kill/accomplish someone/something specific.

A 100 kill streak also requires at least one more important factor:   a significant amount of luck.  I'm talking plain old dumb luck and plenty of it. Again, think about all the hazards of the MA on any given flight: puff the magic ack, the golden BB on a fast merge or from some guy 1000 behind you.. maybe stalling under you, all the Ho's you have to dodge, collision w/ a damaged, erratic plane, pup-up trees, a train you didn't see, 999000's tail gun (grin), CTD's, internet interrruption, server burps,  a warping buff formation, compression at the worst moment, ripped off wings/parts,  killshooter!(cats and dogs living together, mass hysteria).

I think my point is clear:  It may not take the best stick to get 100 straight kills, but it's not easy.

probably shane or someone...

he's cherry picked me nce or twice before in EW in the last few months, but other than that i haven't really duelled him 1 on 1, although he didn't seem too spectacular. only fought him once or twice, where he had a big alt advantage in a spit9, me in a spit5, after a drawn out 1 on 1 he ended up running and climbing away from me, and picked me off when a friend of his started pestering me...

he didn't strike me as being particularly skilled, but then he did win a koth and i haven't fought him in a proper 1 on 1 duel.


he E fights, but he's not too good at turning and burning, or his throttle work...

1st RE-READ what I typed.next show me where I typed I have made 100 kills in a single plane or claimed I have. next show me where I change from BIG KILL STREAKS to 100 KILL STREAKS.........

anyone when setting their mind to it can get  50/75/100 kills with out dieing, that is not saying they got them in 1 sortie/plane...... and yes I have aquired 100+ kills before without losing a plane, but not in 1 flight/plane.......

Hmmm.. met with him more than once in the DA skyrock, duels were mainly p38.

Didnt have any problems whooping on him.. :D


First time I ran into him, he tried playing out the shade saying he was a 12 yr old kid.  Hes alright with E, nothing without it. ;)

DIdn't mean any dis on yas bro, just that you're one of the top tier fellas in that 38.  As little as I fly it, I have dueled in it and do quite well........when I'm sober.  I thought you flew it(the 38) better than anyone I have faced in it!  Did you fight him in spits?  Just curious.  I have fought some 38 sticks 38 vs 38 but the only one who beat me, besides you,  was BigR and I was soo drunk, that I couldn't read the keyboard to find flaps, much less put up a good fight.........and that was both times we met in there, lol!  I lost to Ka1e, if I remember correctly, by not raising flaps when we went into the mery-go-round at the end after we both countered each other's moves!  I will say that, after watching the film, he flew very smooth (no unintentional wing dips or stutters in the stall), so I know he is a vet and of good caliber, but that was in spits.  The true test of a great one is the variety of plane mastery.  Many good duelers(I won't mention any names [cough] sonic [cough])  have masterd the "one" ride, but avoid dueling in heavy rides such as 38's, jugs, hellcats, and hogs!  I know of only a few sticks that are tough fights no matter what the ride!  And as I blabber on.........You have those sticks that have mastered a great manuver and after you learn it, they become fodder the rest of the duels!

      Lazer, would love to go do some more duels with you when you get the time, I don't think we got but a couple in and I felt you were one of the best fights I've had in a long time, that is other than my normal DA friends that I fight all the time!  <> Mark

some play the MA game alot better than those that play the DA game, when it comes down to fighting at different advantage/disadvantage  starting points......

the DA is a same advantage/CO-E type same alt   fight, it is different..........

You have that right.  I suck 1v1, but I am pretty good at engagements.  The former is something I'd love to work on.  Vd would hand me my liver every time going in co-e, but I can handle him in the main because I don't fight fair.  I only say this because I keep an eye out for his Rook Ki84 since he slaughtered me the other night  :D

anyone that sets their mind to it could fly anywhere from 5 to 20 sorties gathering a total of a 100 kills or more without losing a plane..........

I never said people make 100 kill streaks in a single sortie........I did say people make Big Kill Streaks, though.......

you apparently mistook me saying it is easy to make a 50 kill streak single sortie , 75 kill streak single sortie, 100 kill streak single sortie......when I never said that to begin with....that is why I asked you to go and reread my post.......

I ran it all together, I guess that is the confusion that makes you think what you are thinking....

TC, I'm not saying you claimed to run off 100 in one sortie.  I'm saying it's not easy to run off 100 straight kills with no deaths.  I'm also saying not "anyone" could do it.  I bet I could pick 5 people, ranked in the top 100 of fighters and ask them to all try to roll off 100 kills with no deaths and that, in all likelihood, none of them would succeed. I want to be clear so you understand:  I'm not saying none of these people will be skilled enough, I'm saying that their luck will most likely not hold for long enough.  i'll put you on the list of 5.  care to take me up on that wager?

how do you propose I go about this? run a film and have someonelelse fly near me running film, so there be no suggestions the film was clipped/altered?

and how could I possibly go back and filter thru every tour and find where I had done this? not that it could be counted on 2 hands , maybe only 1......

after reading your post last night telling me to prove it, I logged in to LWOrange and thought about it,  I made 1 flight  bagged 8 ( not really alot ) and had 600+ and 900+ or so ammo load left  in my -1 Hog and 50% fuel main tank, I could have pushed on, but 1 am / 130 am was a bit late for my 4 am alrm to get up....

I'll catch you on this weekend, you can wing with me for a couple/few hours and see if I can actually do it, but seriously I do not have anything to prove, I would be doing it for the fun nothing more......

edit: to add  yes it does take a bit of luck, I agree but it is doable, and myself would not count vulching as a legite way of getting kills, but others do land alot of kills from mainly vulches.....

TC I have no doubt you have the skills to do it. It's not really that I think you have anything to prove, we've flown together and dueled, I know you to be a good stick and, as I said,  an equally good guy.  I'm really just referring to the luck factor, what with all the odd stuff that can happen in the arena. I ran off a streak myself once, by accident really, bt I had some silly luck alnog the way and some help from Wetrat saving my tail and from Rude who had to make a rediculous lead turn shot on a meteroic La7 to save me.

Edit: the wonderful irony of that streak is that it ended to a 234... yes, an arado shot me down.  I somehow misjudged where his tail was pointing and he got me.  I chuckle every time I think about that. What a goob I was!

1.  Find a furball, get higher than everyone else in the furball, stay at the friendly edge of the furball and pick the engaged.  
2.  Find a cv close to shore, make sure green has a good cap, vulch Il2's until ammo runs out rtb and rinse and repeat.

I played picker a few nights ago and landed 14, 30, 14, 16, and 10 all in one evening! 84 kills 5 sorties no deaths.  It is very easy to do!  100 kills no deaths is not rocket science, it's called flying timid/ganging/cherrypicking/vulching!:aok

LOL funny. . I have to admit, I would have gotten bored after the first couple of runs.  That may be why I won't be getting 100 straight again unless by happenstance like the first time.  Still, 84 is not 100, no cigar for you.

 I had the rare chance to fly on the weekend last Sat/Sun.  It seemed like there was a ton of seals to club... they were everywhere.  Is this normal for the weekend?

Tallying 100 kills in the MA takes some skill, that's a lot of kills.  Very few noobs could stroll in and tally 100 kills in a month without some significant playing time. Tallying 100 kills along with no deaths, bails, or ditches requires quite a bit more skill.

Surviving may not be a priority, but it's on everyone's mind, usually.  If it weren't everyone would HO and ram on the deck(not bothering to climb out at all) and up again.  

OTOH, Sometimes we just don't care about whether we live or not, sometimes we just want a good fight or want to kill/accomplish someone/something specific.

A 100 kill streak also requires at least one more important factor:   a significant amount of luck.  I'm talking plain old dumb luck and plenty of it. Again, think about all the hazards of the MA on any given flight: puff the magic ack, the golden BB on a fast merge or from some guy 1000 behind you.. maybe stalling under you, all the Ho's you have to dodge, collision w/ a damaged, erratic plane, pup-up trees, a train you didn't see, 999000's tail gun (grin), CTD's, internet interrruption, server burps,  a warping buff formation, compression at the worst moment, ripped off wings/parts,  killshooter!(cats and dogs living together, mass hysteria).

I think my point is clear:  It may not take the best stick to get 100 straight kills, but it's not easy.

When I get my account reactivated, watch me go and do that. It also lists the disco's which can be classed as not counting

yea skyrock i have pretty much mastered the spit 16 and all the spits but i am also very good in a 109-f,yak,nik,la and im getting better in the f4u's since ive been practicing a lot with them. but i know i can hold my own in any plane and if u ever want to DA in 38's p47's or f4u's just ask me and i will.

Nomak, Dave, I didn't intend to be disrespectful of sonic, we have had some really good fights, and I don't want to discredit his effort and skills at this game!  To say that I am being out of line....... I don't take it that seriously to be out of line!  I have dueled sonic twice I think, maybe more, can't remember, I asked him to do other planes and he refrained.  It's all good!  He needs to respond, but I doubt he took it disrespectfully!  If you learn how to beat people in spits, you should be good in all the planes which he probably is.  Maybe sonic would like to be considered one of the best in game, I don't know, but if so, then he must fly the set!  Why do you jump in and try to deface me in this way?  You have a problem?  I stopped taking this game seriously awhile back, if you fall into the trap of taking game comments and board comments and turning them into what you want them to be, then you are out of line!  Reguardless, try not to trip on me, bro, I don't need the drama!

I guess that is what I was pointing out, the best fights are the ones which hold weight, weight for me is someone I fight regularly.  Those, where its a matter of mood!  Hard to describe!  No disrespect intended, but I don't have that against many that I duel.  I win most of the time, but I get beaten plenty as well.  I could get back in a spit mood and give you your money's worth, and I hope if we duel more, that is how it will become!  
Just look me up, and I will be in DA mood often.  Sometimes not, but it's all good!

Had some incredible fights with killinU the other night!  Everyfight in all the planes we chose, ended up being a teeth fight to the death!  Was great friendship at it's best!  No drama, just a knock down slug out! Hanging on wingtips!  U gotta luv it!:aok
