Took up the new Typhoon for the first time in a H2H session today. Did a few practice loops and turns in it, and didn't shut up on the comms for about 5 mins (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
What on earth have they done to this bird? I had to give up everything I learnt flying it in the arena and go back to my old WarBirds H2H days! It handles like a Hurricane IIC, turns like a Hurricane IIC, loops like a Hurricane IIC, rolls EXACTLY like a Hurricane IIC.. sheesh! I don't know whether this is a move towards realism or not, but I'm addicted to dogfighting in the Typhoon now, and 1.04 is proving the most fun of any version (At least in Head To Head) (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
