You don't really need a particular sight, you need a consistent sight 'picture' with a consistent dive angle. There are some custom sights around but if you use the green bomb cross in training you'll see that a bomb sight by itself is not a fix for missing.

Max,
go to the TA and enable the lead calculating gunsite. It will help you get the sight picture.Watch the dive angle and where the green X is located. It will work with both bombs and rockets.

Start by bombing bomber hangars. Then hit fighter hangars. Then graduate to vehicle hangars.

I don't think sights help all that much but here are a couple decent ones.

I'm fairly accurate when dive bombing. It's rockets that need tweaking.
Use the green training cross to see the difference in impact points between rockets and bombs. They will only be close in a steep dive since the rockets are powered. Consistency in dive angle and sight picture are important in both and distance matters with rockets especially with shallow dive angles.
