Title: "Score" default settings for aircraft
Post by: shdo on April 20, 2011, 04:14:10 PM
Just wondering if there is a way to "default" all possible aircraft to "score" as "attack" versus "fighter".  I carry bombs more often than not and would prefer that the planes are set that way.

The game will remember the settings you use for the sortie.  You just have to set it once and it will use that setting for the same plane, as long as you are connected to the game.

Once you quit from the game it will revet back to the default for that plane.  There is no way to change that default.

I'm pretty sure the scoring category chosen once will stay even when you quit.  At least for me it does :)

(Example: I always fly the Il-2 or the 109G-14 as attack I never have to change it to attack from bomber or fighter.)

I thought it did too, but I just tried it and it did not remember the setting once I quit the game.  Maybe I did not get far enough into the sortie.
