I'm not American, I live far from it, but you cannot imagine the anger I feel at the scum who perpetrate this kind of act. Then I see the following crap in the headlines. What is it that the Palestinian people have to celebrate the murder of innocents? I would have thought they would have seen enough war and murder to not take this dumb attitude. Don't get me wrong, I'm not pro-Israeli. I just think this world is better off without a people that celebrate this sort of tragedy:

NABLUS (Reuters): Hundreds of Palestinians distributed sweets in the West Bank city of Nablus to celebrate a series of aircraft attacks on two major US cities on Tuesday.
Palestinian President Yasser Arafat condemned the attacks which levelled the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City and struck the Pentagon in Washington.
Palestinians who have often burned US flags in protests during their 11-month-old uprising against Israeli occupation celebrated in the streets of Arab East Jerusalem.
"I feel I am in a dream. I never believed that one day the United States would come to pay a price for its support to Israel," said Mustafa, a 24-year-old Palestinian gunman.
Several dozen Palestinian youths gathered in Arab East Jerusalem to celebrate as well, honking out wedding tunes on their car horns.
"We are so happy that America was hit. America is against us in supporting Israel," Suleiman, one of the demonstrators, said.
In Nablus, motorists honked their horns and gunmen fired into the air from assault rifles to cheer on the attacks which unfolded in the space of a few hours and stunned people around the globe.
Israel and the Palestinians have been locked in nearly a year of fighting since a Palestinian uprising against occupation erupted last September after peace talks stalled.

I doubt seriously that Arafat had anything to do with it. What you're seeing on television is media rage and the need to focus anger on anyone. Young Palestinians too naive and ignorant to understand the implications are hardly worth worrying about.
It's very easy to sit on the sidelines and cheer when you don't have a dog in the fight. The last thing the Palestinians want is the complete and undivided attention of the U.S. military. The leaders of Palestine know this. If Palestine was indeed behind this, then Israel has just gained complete and total control of their country and there aren't many that will question U.S. motives.

I just saw the clip again, anyone who celebrates the death of 1000's maybe 10's of 1000's of innocents is one sick society. I not for wiping out general populations but for wiping out enough of them that the threat of a repeat of today is greatly reduced if not eliminated..

well, I dont think that nukes should be used. Blast the responsables away but dont use nuclear force. Dont open the pandora box again.
REgarding the Palestine thing, I hope that for once at all it is fixed. Palestine kids used as human shields. Suicide guys exploding their bombs into supermarkets and restaurants. People clapping when thousands of people die in a barbarian terrorist action.
Enough is enough. Take all of them and send them to Syria, Jordania or wherever they want to be. By force if it is needed. But as coexistence in the middle east is IMPOSSIBLE because the palestinians don't know to live in peace, kick the terrorist-cheerleaders out of Israel.

R4M, I see Israel/Palestine as a separate issue.
If Palestine was not behind this (and I believe that they were not), then to go after them for the bombing is just as wrong as the bombing itself.
On the other hand, if Palestine was the cause, then they deserve what's comin'.

You are talking about a people that 60 years ago was victim of terrorist acts perpretated by the actual Israely governors, costing in years more than undred thousend deaths, still at war with an invading people, that percieve the US as the primary allied of theyr slaughter.
Or at least this is what they believe.
Dig a little more on history (other than indipendence war or "we kick jerries and japs bellybutton saving the world").

The US support to Israel is one of the things wich makes USA an enemy for many arab nations.
I would say that Palestine is as big as an issue as anything else, had they been part of the action or not. So for god's sake FINISH the problem at all. It has lasted 55 years and its about time to bring peace there. If it must be brought by force so be it.
Of course, the images of those bastards celebrating the death of thousands of innocents don't make me feel lots of sympathy for them either, so indeed my view on this matter is now heavily biased.

Naso, when Israel got its independence, four Arab nations fell on it to break it in pieces. I do think that the first agression came from the arab side, so for me is Israel the part wich holds a point.
Is true that Israel has done lots of bad things, and has gone frontally against the UN resolutions. But is no less true that the arabs are the patrocinators of state terrorism, and that the palestine people are the ones using kids as human shields and doing suicide bomb runs in restaurants. I have yet to see the same done by Israel.
And now they dance when thousands (maybe dozens of thousands) die in this...thing.(Dong have words to describe it). Sorry ,but I never condone gravedancing.

On the contrary, I do believe a nuke should be used if possible.
That is IF they find find who was responsible and IF these people are hiding in some place away from innocent civilians.
The point is to send a message. IF this terrorist group hiding behind the Taliban regime is guilty and he has a military base in the middle of the desert, hell, NUKE IT. Use a small nuke, no need to go for the big boom.. that itself is enough to send a message back "Hit us, this is what will happen to you".
If not possible, then I guess a nice invasion of wherever they are would be in order.

R4m, before the arab attack, when the two people were trying to living together, a small extremist number of Israeli (and Israel as a state still does'nt existed), started to kill all people in villages to free more land to them.
The Israeli-Arabian wars came later.
BTW it's not the Palestinians, I guess is Bill-aden, IMHO.

For me is quite clear who can live in peace in coexistence and who not.

I mean that we have had enough violence in the middle east and is about time to get rid of it. If something harsh,such as the expulsion of the Palestine people out from Israel has to be done, so be it. IF the only way to make people live in peace there is to separate them, so be it.
But after months of suicide bomb victims in Israel, after months of street disturbs and dead kids (dead because they are used as shields), and after YEARS of useless violence because the palestine people dont know to live in peace with the jews; the gravedancing has simply been too much.
Let them dance. In syria, Jordan, or wherever they want to go. But as I said enough is enough.

Enough is enough. If its proven this attack did originate from a mid-east origin then its time to talk turkey.
These suicide bombers don't value their own lives, or even their families lives. Its time to wipe these religious fanatics out of existance. And I don't give a flying f**k about their 'innocent' children. I've seen the footage of young children being brainwashed into believing that if they die killing an Israeli they will go to heaven.
Its gone beyond humanity. Its now matter of survival. Kill or be killed. Why waste money and lives on a conventional retaliation, the US has the big stick, its a sad time, but its time to use it.
I sit on a far corner of this globe, removed from the middle-east, removed from the US. I have no links to either, no loyalties to either. But even my attitude is sickened to the point of seeing genocide as the only cure to this disease.

Nukes, biowar, any other weapons of mass destruction are NOT the way to handle this. Neither is genocide. Stooping to that level makes us as bad as the original terrorists. This whole situation requires careful analysis, specific targeting, termination of the target and surveilance to make sure it doesn't happen again. Not all Muslims hate te west. Neither do all Chinese, North Koreans, Viet Namese or any other group that we have had conflict with. There are innocents on BOTH sides of any issue. Don't make them pay for someone elses acts.

I'm all for a big stick, but just to put things in perspective, let's take the most likely situation.
-Osamu bin Laden is responsible.
-He is in Afghanastan.
-Afghanistan does not wish to release him to the west (at least they have not in the past).
-The Taliban ruling Afghanistan are supported by Pakistan.
-Pakistan has nuclear capability.
Now, I'm all for hitting bin Laden if evidence points to him, but are you sure you're ready to use nukes? Let's stick with conventional weapons, please.

Of course you know Israel already did use/is using military force against Lebanon and is occupieing parts of that country.
Look what happenedin middle-east.
Could be good time to think what has happened in last 30 years in middle-east and Africa to see why some people were happy to see that terrorist-act happen.

Nukes could have a severe impact on the rest of the world, not just the target they are aimed at.
Besides, I would love to see waves and waves of bombers, fighters and other means of destruction slowly, but surely, cleanse the land of this filth.
Some would say, we would be lowering ourselves to thier level. I say, there are some people that do not understand anything unless it has a bullet involved.
These cowards are just that type. They will not understand anything less than destruction. They will use thier own mothers, daughters, and sons as shields to hide from the onslaught, crying in the press about how bad Americans are to kill thier women and children.
Well, they threw down the gauntlet, now we must pick it up and beat them to death with it.
Make no mistake about it. I am one who firmly beleives in treating others as you want to be treated, but I also realize there is a time when the other guy has to be treated like an inhumane pile of dog excrement to get his attention.
This is no time to wimp out America, it is time for harsh, swift action. Nothing less will help absolve us of what we allowed to happen. We have tip-toed around this issue of terrorism long enough. Time to put up, or shut-up.

Saw another clip of older ragheads firing their automatic weapons into the air, dancing and singing. These were not children.
Believe it or not, the media here is actually down playing the Palestine joyous response as not to further piss off ppl sympathetic to their cause..

we don't need the big one to make a point, if possible I'd love to see the responsible heads pop via a sniper rifle, if that is not a choice, I say take out as large an area to insure the total destruction of the target - whoever, whatever it is..
I'd call it self-defense.

BTW... I also saw the clip. There were young men firing weapons, but there were also women and children rejoicing.

Jeez you guys don't realize it do you? You are in a war like no other. A war that reaches beyond the lifetime of one person.
These people will strike you down without guilt, they will strike down your children without guilt. They will teach their children to strike down your grandchildren and so forth.
Kill the leader, and his sons will fight harder. This is a body that will grow a new head each time you cut the head off.
One small-medium sized nuke will send a message. Grabbing one guy will say nothing. The message you want to send is "strike at us and we will wipe you off the face of the earth" - not "kill 20000 americans and we'll take to justice this one guy".

No Just Carpet bomb the whole diddlying Afgan country and make them eat thier own Kora toejam,then make them eat it again. What Fatty said. A nuke used now could mean a nuke set off by a terrorist organization tommorow. I'm sure these terrorist groups have nuclear capabilities.
If they can take 4 planes and use them to destroy major US buildings....they can easily find components on the black market...or as Fatty stated with the backing of Pakistan they can get help from their support.
Remember the Cuban Missile Crises....General Lemay wanted to strike Russia with nukes right away...and actually thought the president was a popsicle for not doing it. In the end nukes were not the answer...and nukes are not the answer here!
Goerge W. has a very large resource of great people surrounding him and security council will make the right choices for retribution.

I just saw the clip again, anyone who celebrates the death of 1000's maybe 10's of 1000's of innocents is one sick society. I not for wiping out general populations but for wiping out enough of them that the threat of a repeat of today is greatly reduced if not eliminated..
Jesus Christ, people, this is exactly the kind of mentality that fosters all of the violence and killing in the world. They are not "ragheads" they are PEOPLE. When you call them "ragheads" it's easy to kill them. It's not so easy when you think of them as mothers and fathers and daughters and sons. PEOPLE, damnit PEOPLE.
