patch 38 freezes before it finishes downloading tried it twice, it sucks because im on dial up and it takes a few. then after a hour or so its at the end and the installation shows on task bar and freezes... has not done this on other patch download but once , thats 1 time, i redown loaded it then it worked on other patch, that was several patches ago too... but this aint a work'n, plus the quit thing still .. :(
