We are looking for only the best... You have to fly with discipline and skill... No, No, Stop.  You are killing me Smalls.  My squad is a group of misfits.  One of the guys that flies FSO with us literally has half a brain.  We tell midget jokes.  If you are not embarrassed yet, you will be.  Look at our scores.  We can fly with anyone.  But we open the invitation to you to come fly with us.  We are examples of better living through chemistry... We are looking for  people that want to have FUN.  Don't worry about scores and flying... but if you can bring some new jokes to the table... you are in.  Standard Unforgiven Mission briefing is that we will fly until we see red shat!  And then we will attack it.  It is a good plan. Oh and if FGBullet says uh-oh on range... you better look around quick... there is 2 of us 50 of them!  We have them surrounded!
