1. Fixed a crash issue when troops were killed.
2. Fixed an issue with XX Collided with you message generating a no private message warning.
3. Added the terrain file name to the terrain list.
4. Fixed a crash bug if you tried to fly axis side on a mission off line.
5. Fixed a bug where some ai planes were not being killed off line at the end of a mission.
