Title: Need some help getting off the ground...

I have got 1 mediocre mission to work, how ever, when I can not get even 1 flight of bombers to altitude with this mission. Could someone please tell me what is going wrong, and how to remedy this problem?

I dono Barron,  I had trouble with my buff missions too, unless I warped them.
