New link. I redid the video with AH film making the avi @ 60 FPS before converting to 30 FPS mp4 and it plays a lot smoother.

I knew the file would be big but 150 GB for a 5 min video was surprising. It's worth it though because the mp4 conversion looks so much better and ends up the same size as the jerky video.
