Here are more pictures of water, in this case of streaks in the water. After the first or second screen shot I reset the time for 8 am to show the waves better in-game.

Your water is to shallow.

also you should press the create all beaches in the TE. It will take away your jagies on your shoreline.

The moment I hit create all beaches, all water drops to -39 feet. The underwater textures show from -4 to -9 feet and do not show at -10 feet or deeper.

The reason I pointed this out is so that at some point in the future we might accomplish some of the underwater effects from such terrains as coralsea or avamidway. Example screen shots attached.
