Can anyone tell if and how to make the the small hat--the one that rotates 360 degrees for mouse views?

If you mean pan view. Look in select joystick click on your throttle. Then scroll thru the thing to set imput to. Look for view hor and vert axis. Set like your joystick. However I find at least on my unit that the view is very jumpy not very usable. Funkedup says he uses his like this no problem. So maybe its just me throttle.

I have programed mine via the CH Contol Manager.  But ya know, I almost never use it.
