Title: fast question

i just downloaded the new update....did it fresh, and kept the old version seperatly.

1)how do i easily move my stick/throttle/rudder settings over to the new game?
2)how do i easily move the little mouse over to the new game?

copy your settings folder and replace on your new install.  Same for sounds, skins, sights...anything that you added.

went to the" stickdef" folder, and copy/pasted the folders from old to new.....still don't have the old settings.

the skins worked though

ok...got the stick defs working properly......but although it toggles views as the buttons are supposed to, it's the stock, unmodified views. what files are the custom views that we save when we change a view?

that would be in the settings folder,inside the settings folder there are .cfg files.also inside the settings folder is a planes folder with .pwl and .hps files.
i think the .cfg is actual saved veiws but work in combanation with the pwl and hps files :cheers:
