For whatever reason my ADSL connection just tested at 44.2 Kbps....I am calling Bellsouth now threatening to go to Charter Cable with both my television service and ISP if something doesn't change. This crap has been going on for nearly a month.

Just got finished with the change over to Charter Communications Cable modem. My earlier post was on ADSL that used to pull in 1.5Mbps downloads all the time...Eat my dust Bellsouth ADSL!!!!!

Y'know the Milwaukee area is definitely funky and inconsistent. My brother, who recently got a place in South Milwaukee, had RR installed and it FLIES. Much faster than I have it. I'm only a few miles north of him in Cudahy (not exactly milwaukee, but close enough).
It varies greatly at times too. Could be fast, could be slow.
