Title: HTC Crew working 40 hr weeks?

Does everyone work 40 hr work weeks at HTC?

This past year would be easier to understand if half the crew worked part time and the other half laid off.

They've cut back in the area of answering "trolls" (to quote the Brit's) like this one.
