Nvidia has released a new driver set for all nForce 1/2/3 based boards, version 3.13. This new set has updated drivers for everything (audio, usb, lan, ide, video, etc). These have only been out 1 day, but so far general feedback is that they are an improvement over the 2.45s. A few people have had problems with certain CD drive related software though, which is typical with 3rd party IDE drivers. (Often, updating or reinstalling the application fixes these issues.)
My recommendation would be that Windows XP users set a restore point and Windows 2000 users have good backups of anything important before updating. This driver set includes an accelerated IDE driver, which always has the potential to cause issues.
nVidia recommends uninstalling the old set before installing this set. You will probably have to reboot several times after doing so.

Thanks bloom :aok

Nice drivers. The new audio drivers seem to have fixed an annoying problem in games like Ravenshield and Battlefield 1942 where the sound would suddenly fill with static and cut in and out randomly.

Some users hosed their boxes with the new drivers. BSOD, anyone?

I finally got around to installing them. They seem to run fine system is stable. One nice surprise I seem to have gained 8 to 10 FPS. Thanks for the heads up Bloom.

I haven't had any real problems with them either. About the only real difference I've noticed is with the new Soundstorm audio drivers. The sound seems to have lost a bit of bass response, but the EAX surround support is definately improved.

They are workin great for me. Finally have DMA for my CD ROM's and my burner now burns at full speed again. there is a lot of controversy on how best to install them. I made a restore point and then installed over the top of 2.45's.

I have 4 nForce systems under my care, and will give these a whirl. :)

They FUBAR'd my system, any steaming video was a slide show, BF1942 took over 2 mins to load a single map. I rolled the drivers back and everything is back to normal.

Sounds like trouble with the IDE drivers Pfunk. You can upgrade only to the newer sounddriver if you like. You can actually just extract the drivers (which the installer does at the start of the install process) and right click the .inf file and pick install for the 3.66 audio drivers in their directory.

I just installed the drivers (over 2.45 ones), and there seems to be no trouble at all. The new audio drivers are a definite improvement, now I can even adjust my mic volume. :)
There was some warning about the new IDE drivers in the installer. I installed them, and got some improvement on the ATA speeds. However, that's not a big thing for me since my faster disks are on a separate RAID controller anyway..
