Figured I'd share this one from university days: (cooking it now for the kid's dinner)
Curval's Chicken
Cut four whole chicken breasts into pieces - brown gently in a little butter. Cook one box Uncle Ben's white rice. Saute two
stalks celery, chopped, a small onion and one tin of sliced mushrooms.
Combine with rice and place in the bottom of a good-sized casserole dish. Put chicken on top.
Mix a quarter-cup of milk, one cup of mayonnaise, one can of cream of mushroom soup and two teaspoons of lemon juice.
Pour over chicken. Layer on four cups of grated cheddar cheese, cover with seasoned bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
---------------------------------------------------------
Cut the ingediants in half if you are making it just for yourself, but it is great to have for lunch or dinner the next day.
Enjoy.

Hey I do the same thing. One time I was out of rice so I used cornbread stuffing (hey I am from the south). I skipped the milk because the stuffng mix was "moist".
I skip the celery 'cause celery taste like ****.
-
ah, cream of mushroom soup. You can make ANYTHING outta that stuff :D
Good recipe. I think I'll give it a try.

Here's a quick & simple little recipe I love:
1- 20oz Angus Ribeye Steak
1- Fire
Apply Fire for approx 8-12 min.
Eat :D
-
that'd work great if I had any of the ingredients :p
-
dang that would take too much work. I prefer boil water. Dump rama in check back everyonce in a while to make sure nothing is on fire, and the noodles are soft. Eat.
or turn on oven. pop in 99 cent pizza x2. check back occasionally. take out when edges start to turn black. Eat
open bottle, toss cap across room, behind tv. drink.
of course now Im married. so I dont have to worry about cooking no more.
edit oops forgot to turn off oven when when I made my pizzas oops. desperatly try to air room and jam on fire alarm reset button at 2 am

This one is good and easy, too. Even I can make it, and it can be safely said that I'm a disaster in the kitchen.
Take a pound of ground beef and mix it together with a can of cream of mushroom soup in a 9x12 casserole dish/pan/something that's approximately that big (We make it in something different each time, just.. go about 9x12, at least 3 inches deep. Bigger is okay, smaller isn't!). On top of that, empty a bag of frozen french fries.. and then on top of that, a bag of frozen peas. Take a second can of cream of mushroom soup and pour it over top and spread it out, then toss it in the oven at 350 and bake it for about an hour. Check it to be sure that.. a) the soup on the top is browning a little, b) the fries aren't frozen anymore, c) the meat at the bottom is cooked.
Its yummy. Makes a lot, and re-heats pretty well too!

Another old standby:
2 pounds ground chuck
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 small container sour cream (or yogurt if gay)
Brown the ground chuck in large nonstick (<- this is vital) skillet
Drain excess fat
Stir in soup and sour cream
Simmer 10 min
Serve over toast
:aok

... leaves a minimum of dirty dishes to clean afterwards.
Ingredients:
1 package of sirloin strips
1 package of No Yolks dumplings or fat noodles
1 bottle IBC cream soda
(1) Place sirloin strips into small baking pan lined with aluminum foil. Cover the top of the pan with foil to preserve the moisture of the meat.
(2) Boil noodles in pot.
(3) When noodles are done, check to see if the meat is done.
(4) Remove foil from top of pan containing the meat.
(5) Drain water from noodles, but keep noodles in the pot.
(6) Dump meat, including gravy juice, into the noodle pot.
(7) Wad up foil from baking pan and throw in trash.
(8) Eat the food out of the pot.
(9) Wash it down with the bottle of IBC cream soda.
If you want to get fancy, you can add a package of mixed vegetables either into the noodle pot or on the side as a separate dish.

Its delivery chick in my area...apparently they delegate to her since I live at the very edge of their delivery zone and did everything short of having a lobbyist pitch my case to the manager for me. I dont know why they think they're thinking she's a penalty...she's a cutie :)

Sounded gross to me until I tried it.
In a 2qt pot, brown:
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1lb meat (any will do, I use beef for stew).
Once browned, throw in 4 HEAPING tbl spoons of smooth Peanut Butter and fill pot to about 1/2 full of water. Cook it down till it's like thick gravy and serve over rice.
Definately different, VERY good.

These are some of the most disgusting recipes i have ever heard.
Kudos.

one package of McGary's pork sausage(bout a pound), 2 packages of mushroom gravy mix(2 cups).
boil the sausages until done, drain and cut into bite sized peices.
mix up the mushroom gravy and add all the sausage, heat it for however long you want, but at least 20 minutes.
serve with fries.
good stuff.
