In tower and God mode
Video settings were 1600x1200 32 bit.
It indicated that it was unlimited but I am not sure
(FR never went about 60).
Couple graphics issues.
1. Brought up clipboard in God mode right outside Tower,
only saw top half of clipboard (during all tests).
2. Drove M3 to grove of trees, 1st couple of rows were
floating about 5-6 feet off ground (equal to top of wind
shield), was able to drive underneath. Did drive up to
other grounded trees and was stopped as expected.
Nice and solid otherwise.

Radeon 9800 Pro 8xanso 6xFSAA 1600x1200resolution
WIth both slider at full detail
Test 0-3 all 24-25 flickering between the two
With both sliders cut back to aprox 60%

Lowering the resolution had ZERO IMPACT, as did turning off FSAA...seems to be a very CPU driven thing....but what do I know:D

Terrain flicker 99% gone. Rivets on seat of spit don't flicker any more.
BUT..cockpit completely disappears at a reproducable point when in Spit MK IX.
Take off to the NE from the default field using auto.
Climb to 4000ft and hit auto pilot.
As you approach the mountain on the left, you'll see a road on the right. As soon as the road goes off screen the cockpit vanishes for a second or two.

No extreme stuttering but some stuttering from object drawing whe approaching factories or aifields. Also some stuttering when doing NOE runs. Still getting some object draw-through (shadows overlapping aircraft in f3 view, roads overlapping trees, etc.)
Cheers,

Beta 19904
Video frame rates low/high in tower
Test 0 36/37 Triangle cnt = 4777
Test 1 35/37 Triangle cnt = 4777
Test 2 33/35 Triangle cnt = 4032
Test 3 35/36 Triangle cnt = 4032
The first time I ran the test series, Test 1 stuttered and took twice as long to draw the triangles but after reboot I couldn't duplicate the stutter. I had not rebooted the machine before I ran the test the first time so resources were in an unknown state.
I notice the "best settings" change from beta to beta.

Update about driving...
when crossing from tiles to tiles and vice versa I fall through the gaps in the world and begin a plunge to the center of the earth........
of note is that there is no visable interuption to the surface and it happens down hil to flat and flat to uphill.... E.R.B. would be thrilled. See yas when I find Tarzan
