It's a fun plane in a small furball other than that it's lacking. Been a while since I've flown it but I seem to recall it's slow, has fairly short range and clip.

Hurri IS slow, but has decent range (especially with drop tanks) and the clip is short (91rpg) but lethal. I landed 7 kills at least twice yesterday with it and have gotten as many as 10 kills with no rearms. 2 days ago I landed 5 kills, all B-17's :D

Post by: gofaster on November 18, 2003, 08:31:18 AM: Last night the Bish were mission-hording up the chain of bases towards Rook HQ until the Rooks porked the Bish's fuel, troops, and ordinance at 3 frontline bases. 10 minutes later a cloud of Bishop Hurricanes flew overhead at 20k, skipped over the furball cloud, and descended on a Rook base like the Borg on the Enterprise. Probably the funniest mission I've seen run in the MA, other than the all-109F mission the Knights ran once. :lol

Ammo counters read 24/37 when I ended mission, enough for 2 or 3 more :aok

Post by: zroostr on November 19, 2003, 12:35:07 AM: first time i tried this plane and i got 9 kills today. didnt land em all, to get any was surprise enough for me. cant catch nothin in it but it sure is lethal if you catch someone sleepin ;)

it was fun to use while tryin to up under fire. it was goin so slow i was turning onto 6's left and right. and only needed a shot or 2 to see bad things happening :D it's definitely powerful but i like more ammo. great plane for a good shot.

Post by: F4i on November 21, 2003, 12:09:16 AM: I flew the lucky Hurri last night for the first time. Turned with an F4F :aok , continued on to destroy a VH in 2 quick passes thanks to those huge Hispanos. Seemed like a decent fighter for a slow piece of ****. :)
