Title: Flying dunce caps?

This has come up before but  would be it be a good idea for people to vote for someone to fly around with a flashing dunce cap that all can see on dar or something?  They would be "Nominated" by more than 12 votes  for being jerks on chan one or whatever.  If someone gets 12 votes within 5 mins their icon turns into a dunce cap.  Peeps could vote only once a day to limit abuse.

ideas?  we need some good way to limit the incessent trash talk..

You do realize that some players will have a permanent cap on right? :D

Now if this cap would appear to ALL countries... a sort of bounty hunter type thing could develop.

I say we change it to "dolt cap" instead.
