Title: Video Problems
Post by: Curval on November 18, 2003, 08:34:58 AM
I don't have any difficulties in AH...but in other games I get a mass of lines all over the screen which make the games unplayable.

Is there a way to check on the temperature that the vid card is running at?

I have a NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200.

Replace your stock fan & heatsink with a larger one
(cost about $10) then you want have to worry about it. I have the same card and mobo monitor doesn't detect any temp sensor on it, but if new fan has 3 wires you can plug it into mobo instead of card and MM can monitor fan speed.
