ohhhh, ahhhh....little boy can run and bounce a ball. I give MLS another 1-3 years before they go the way of the Womens Soccer League. Then its right back to good ol' 'Merican Sports again.

Dowding,
While I was in college, I played a year of Rugby for the city club.

I was the hooker on the team and I hated it when a scrum would collapse :eek:

I was playing soccer at the time, and I thought I was in good shape, but during half-time of that first game, I went threw-up from the physical excertion.

Of course the physical excertion of drinking after the games made it worth it!

I've heard it requires more fitness than football. Never played it at any level above School sports though, which wasn't too bad because we were just kids.

At college, Football (soccer) was enough for me. ;)
