Title: Niki mission last night

Right after I logged on last night(around 6:30pm Pacific), a Niki mission of approximately 12 came into a Rook base in the North. I got in a manned ack and killed four of the suckers before one finally straffed me. It was one of the strangest "one of a kind" attacks I've ever seen.
     Anyone else have a strange "one of a kind" mission they'd like to recount?

I was part of an SBD raid led by Fester awhile back. It was a really cool sight to see, straight out of the movie "Midway."

I've seen Hurricane IIc raids and BF109F raids.  Its pretty cool to see such unusual numbers of those types in the MA.

Bish once did a for-fun C202 only raid.

I dont know who was laughing the hardest... the 10+ cons (109s, n1ks, spits, la7's) who saw us, or we in the 12 C202's as we shot half of them down.

Definitely most memorable were the mass Goon raids.  30 or so C47's coming in on our field, I was flying cap in a Hurri 2C at the time.  I saw all the black dots incoming and thought I was done for, until the icons started showing up.  :)  I blasted 7 of them and 1 P47 loaded for attack before I ran out of ammo and tried to get out of there, but a Hurri isn't exactly a good runner.  :)

Ah the Joy of an Air Warrior Yak attack.Left the enemy laughing to hard to fight ya.Yaks were nutered in AW.:rofl
