Thanks for beefing up the heavy armored GVs.
I rarely drive them, but i found it offending that i could (in the past) dive down on a flak panzer and kill him with my 6+50's in a single pass.
Now its awesome, they can REALLY put up a fight. Just recently i found my self making 6 passes on a flak panzer in a a6m blazing the duel 20mms and still he got me in the end.
WTG!! :D
BTW ground war is much better due to this! hopefully it will encourage more people to get in those tanks and fight.
I understand that most come to just fly, im a gamer i came to AH due to its versitilty of SEa, Air, Land (SEAL hehe, ok stupid joke :o) warfare. I spend 90% of my time flying, but when you get frusterated due to some of the mishaps in the sky its good to get down on the ground and blow off some steam.

I know me and my squaddies had a blast recently in GV's. In short order we took 2 fields with GV assaults, had a great land battle with bish tanks and osties, and then made an unsuccessful though glorious attempt on another field.
During my last charge, I drove a FP trying to climb a hill. Was fighting Mossies, N1K2's, P-38's, Tiffies, and P-47's. I think I ended up with 8 kills or something. Half of those came after my FP was damaged, listing to one side and smoking! Was great fun making that last stand in a burning vehicle and trying to peer through the smoke to get a bead on planes coming in to finish me off!

Dont enjoy yourself too much, Mindanao is back and with it the elimination of a ground vehicle war. :(

I here ya Dago, nothing more droning than driving a tank up a mountain @ 10 mph, then getting to the top after several minutes only to find another peak to climb :)

Good thing we can minumize AH and do other things on our PCs.
