Title: Need Links for CPU fans/GPU fans

I read someone having issues with a VisionTek video card...I have a VisionTek GeForce 4 4600.  I had my computer apart for a 6 month cleaning and air cleaned/vacuumed (computer vac/grounded, etc)...fan was really dirty and everything is clean now.  But, I'd prefer to play it safe and remove the fan from the video card with something else.

Found oodles of links via Google but what like to know what you guys have bought from and liked.

One very good CPU fan is the Panaflo High-Output 92mm fan.  Lots of movement for very little noise.  57 CFM, 35 db.  Here is where I bought mine:

I initially tried a Vantec Tornado, but that thing was way too loud.  Like having a hair dryer constantly on.
